Cooling Bath

Effect

The 25-minute cooling bath aims to clean your body, it starts with  warm water at 14 ~15  for 25 minutes and then hot & cold bath  8 ~ 10 times .

The cooling bath is particularly effective in winter.

Please note

For the first 20 minutes you sit still and the hands and feet are moving in the cold water for the last 5 minutes.

However, you can increase the number of hot & cold bath until your body does not tremble after the cooling bath is over.


Trembling of the body during the hot and cold bath is the evidence that the sugar or the alcohol which is accumulated in our body is burning, and the symptom is more severe in a person who eats such a lot.
