Hot and cold
bathing is a method of bathing alternately between cold and hot baths. There is no need to use soap and it is effective for
healing of cold, fatigue, neuralgia, rheumatism, asthma, and migraine. It also improves kidney function and cleanse the lymph

● Method
The method of hot and cold bathing is to alternate between cold and hot water for 1 minute in cold
water and then 1 minute in hot water. It is recommended to mix cold and hot
water at least 5 to 7 times and 11 times. The
